Here's What You Get
For only $149.95, we'll do all the following:

1. Dispatch a Virtually HOME photographer to meet you at the model or custom home to film up to four scenes of the interior and exterior.
2. Build, edit and process each scene to create a fully immersive Virtual Tour, and host it on the Virtually Home server for one year. We'll send a link of your Virtual Tour to you so that you can display it on your own Web site or send it to any other Web site.

   AND display the Virtual Tour on ALL of the following national real estate Web sites:

   • Homebuilder.com®
   • NewHomesNetwork.com
   
   Note: Virtually HOME Virtual Tours can only be linked to information about your property already appearing on the sites listed abobe. The price of a Virtually HOME Virtual Tour does not include any additional fees these sites may charge, and you may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions by these web sites.

Order Additional Scenes
In order to really highlight the best features of your model home, you can purchase additional scenes for only $29.95 per scene.

Service Coverage

• Virtually HOME® Virtual Tours are available in Southern California.
• Out-of-Service-Area: $600.00 charge plus expenses for up to six 4-scene tours to hire a service provider for a day. Please contact the Virtually HOME sales team for more information on these charges.

Duration of Hosting on Virtually HOME's Servers

• The price of a Virtually HOME® Virtual Tour includes one year of hasting on the Virtually HOME® servers. the annual renewal fee after the first year is only $29.95, which will be billed before the first year of hosting service expires. Any tours not renewed after the first year period will be archived.
• If a builder requests a tour to be re-shot and Virtually HOME is NOT the cause for the re-shoot request, Virtually HOME will charge the standard price for the re-shoot.
• If a builder request a tour to be re-shot and Virtually HOME is the cause for the re-shoot request, Virtually HOME will not charge the builder for the cost of the re-shoot.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Appointment

• If a builder cancels the appointment to film a tour more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled filming time by informing the Call Center, there is no charge.
• The charge for canceling an appointment within 24 hours is $30.00, even if the appointment is rescheduled.
• Missed appointments are $50.00, even if rescheduled.
• Cancellation of the Virtual Tour order after the tour has been filmed is $29.95 plus $5.00 for each additional scene that was shot.
• There are no refunds after the tour has been received in the Virtually HOME Processing Center.

Miscellaneous

• If the builder desires to add any new scenes to the original tour which requires Virtually HOME to go to the property and shoot those additional scenes, the request is considered a new order and will be changed at the current full price.
