Virtually HOME® Virtual Tours are one of the most effective and affordable real estate marketing tools available! Please note, the prices below are valid for licensed Real Estate Agents and their representatives in the United States only.

Here's What You Get
For only $119.95, we'll do all the following:

1. Dispatch a Virtually HOME photographer to meet you at the home to film up to four scenes of the interior and exterior.
2. Build, edit and process each scene to create a fully immersive Virtual Tour, and host it on the Virtually Home server.
3. Send a link of your Virtual Tour to you so that you can display it on your own Web site or send it to any other Web site.
4. Automatically display Virtual Tour on all of our National Real Estate Websites, MLS, local or regional real estate sites, and Web developer Partner sites with whom we are affiliated.

   AND display the Virtual Tour on ALL (if appicable) of the following national real estate Web sites:

   • REALTOR.COM®
   • HomeSeekers.com
   • HOMES.com
   • RE/MAX.com
   • Prudential.com
   • ERA.com
   • ColdwellBanker.com
   • Century21.com
   Note: Your Virtual Tour may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions of the Web sites on which they are displayed.

Additional Scenes
As a Realtor, you know that some homes are far from standard and deserve more than the standard treatment. In order to really highlight the best features of your listings, you can purchase additional scenes for only $19.95 per scene.

An an Email Tour

• For only $29.95, we can create an Email Virtual Tour and send it to you, provided you select the option when you place your order. This allows you to save the tour permanently as well as put it on disk.

Save the E-mail tour on Disks
These disks should serve as your business card for every potential client! Virtually Home will customize the disk labels with your photo, contact information and listing address. Leave them next you the flyer stand, pass them out at your open house (now you'll really impress the neighbors), use them in your listing presentations, give to the new homeowner moving in and more! The uses are endless. The marketing value is priceless!

"Check out that view!"
In order to get the best exposure for the interior of your listing, the view through the window is often lost. However, with extensive additional editing Virtually Home can create a scene that is both light and bright inside and still see the beautiful view out the window. This feature must be ordered before the photographer leaves the property.

Same-Day Posting
Really want to impress your clients? Have your tour on the Internet within hours! Virtually Home guarantees your listing will be online in 2 business days but if your looking to stand out as a Service Specialist we can have your tour processed and posted to the Web the same day!

Service Coverage

• Virtually HOME® Virtual Tours are available in most of California.
• Virtually HOME® Virtual Tours can only be displayed on real estate related Web sites which have a formal agreement with Virtually Home®
• Core Service Area: $119.95 per Virtual Tour.
• Extended Service Area: $49.95 per tour, per service ring outside the core service area.
• Out-of-Service-Area: $600.00 charge plus expenses for up to six 4-scene tours to hire a service provider for a day.

Duration of Hosting on Virtually HOME's Servers

• Virtually HOME® Virtual Tours will be hosted on the Virtually Home® servers for the life of the listing free of charge (until the house sells or is taken off the market). Tours will be kept on iPIX's® servers for at least six months. Any tours not being viewed during any 30-day period after that six-month period will be archived.

Re-listing Tours

• The charge for re-listing tours that are being hosted on iPIX's® servers is $30. This covers re-listing the tour for the same agent for a given property with a new MLS number. This does not cover the re-listing of a property that was taken off the market or lost to another agent.
• Virtually HOME will charge $75.00 for a second agent to use a Virtual Tour of an agent who previously listed the property, even if the second is satisfied with the tour and does not want the tour re-shot.
• Virtually HOME will charge $75.00 for the re-listing of a property that was taken off the market, whether or not the same or a different agent owns the listing. This charge is required because we will have to find the tour in our archives before re-posting it with the new information.

Re-shoots

• If an agent requests a tour to be re-shot and Virtually HOME is NOT the cause for the re-shoot request, Virtually HOME will charge the standard price for the re-shoot.
• If an agent requests a tour to be re-shot and Virtually HOME IS the cause for the re-shoot request, Virtually HOME will not charge the agent for the cost of the re-shoot.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

• If an agent cancels his or her appointment to film a tour more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled filming time by informing the Call Center (866) 353-4749, there is no charge.
• The charge for canceling an appointment within 24 hours is $30.00, even if the appointment is rescheduled.
• Missed appointments are $50.00, even if rescheduled.
• Cancellation of the Virtual Tour order after the tour has been filmed is $50.00 plus $10.00 for each additional scene that was shot.
• There are no refunds after the tour has been received in the Virtually HOME Processing Center.

Miscellaneous

• If the agent desires to add any new scenes to the original tour and it is required to go to the property and shoot those additional scenes, the request is considered a new order.
• Custom scene names/codes are not offered at this time.
• Shoots outside of Virtually HOME's major metro areas will be priced on a case-by-case basis as determined by Sales/Field Operations.
