He was ranked as the number 2 sales agent in 1996 for total number of properties sold in the United States for the entire Century 21 system. He was also Century 21's number 1 sales agent for gross closed commission in 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001 for the Costal Valley/Inland Empire.
Since Gary joined Coldwell Banker in 2002, he has achieved the title of number 1 sales agent for gross closed commissions for the Arcadia Regional Office in 2002,2003 and 2004. In 2003 and 2004 he achieved Society of Excellence with Coldwell Banker, which recognizes an agent with over 1 million dollars in gross closed commissions.
