Sheldon Berger is a specialist in the sales of boat dock, beach and view properties located in western Ventura County. As a Realtor since 1989, Shelly, as he is known, has been a consistent multi-million dollar top-producer. Shelly is a homeowner in Mandalay Bay located at Channel Islands Marina. Shelly enjoys taking his clients on home tours via his electric boat "Berger King". Clients always enjoy seeing properties from the waterside as well as the street side of these special homes.
Personal
Shelly's community service involves a commitment to the water community of Ventura County. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of United Water Conservation District to which he was originally elected in 1983. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Association of Water Agencies of Ventura County. He is the past president of the Channel Islands Waterfront Homeowners Association.
